Terms of Promotion

1. Unless restricted or otherwise prohibited, this sweepstakes is open to all homeowners  eighteen years and older who are natural persons and residents of states served by 651  Carpets, namely, Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin. This sweepstake is void where  prohibited. Employees of 651 Carpets, its subcontractors, independent contractors,  affiliates, related companies, and their families are ineligible to enter. 
2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A valid email address must be provided for  each entry. Limit one entry per household. Incomplete entries will not be considered.  Entrants may not use fraudulent means to enter. Entrants may not circumvent these Official  Rules. All entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM on February 28, 2023. 
3. To enter, like the official  651Carpets page  on Facebook via https://www.facebook.com/651carpets, or fill out the contest form on https://www.651carpets.com
4. Winner will be chosen in a random drawing to be conducted at 12:00 Noon at the  headquarters of 651 Carpets. The winner will be notified by email. The winner must claim  the prize by acknowledging the email notification on or before 11:59 PM on March 15. 
5. One prize will be awarded. The winning entrant will receive a flooring project using  materials and labor provided by 651 Carpets with a retail value not to exceed $5000. The  prize cannot be exchanged for cash or credit against completed projects. The prize is non negotiable and non-transferable. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winning entrant. 
6. The project for which the prize will be redeemed must be scheduled and begin within 180  days of the date the winner claimed the prize by acknowledging the email notification of  the prize award, or the prize will be forfeited. 
7. In the event the prize is forfeited, no alternate winner will be drawn. 
8. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. 
9. The name of the winner may be obtained from 651 Carpets after March 15, 2023, by  mailing a request to 651 Carpets, Inc., 1333 Constance Blvd NE, Ham Lake, MN 55304. 
10. This sweepstake is sponsored by 651 Carpets, Inc., 1333 Constance Blvd NE, Ham Lake,  MN 55304. The sponsor reserves the right to interpret these rules as necessary.
